Good staff makes for better choices.
Well-trained staff lead to well-considered, eco-conscious choices. That’s why Euronics will train 18,000 staff members on sustainability in electronics. Knowledgeable store managers and salespeople will help customers choose more sustainable products and promote sustainable practices in store management.

Learning While Teaching
Devising a well-structured, replicable, and up-to-date training program involves a steep learning curve. It requires taking into account existing knowledge, students’ learning abilities, and timing. Once the program proves successful in pilot countries, it will be rolled out across six countries.

Program Goals and Timeline
Euronics aims to train 3,000 store managers and 15,000 sales employees to increase sales of more sustainable products and promote eco-conscious store management. The training will begin in France and Germany. If an analysis of sales numbers and user satisfaction before and after training yields positive results, the program will expand to Spain, Austria, Estonia, and Latvia.
